King Krosse Inc. (“King Krosse,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is committed to protecting the privacy of athletes, families, members, and website visitors.
This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, safeguard, and manage personal information in connection with our lacrosse development services, including in-person camps, online programs, memberships, courses, webinars, and related digital platforms (collectively, the “Services”).
This Policy is designed to comply with Alberta’s Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA) and, where applicable, Canada’s Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).

5. How We Collect Information

Directly from you (registration forms, waivers, purchases)

Some service providers may store or process information outside Canada, including in the United States. Personal information may therefore be subject to foreign laws and lawful access by foreign authorities.

13. Children & Youth Participants
Many Services are intended for youth athletes. Where participants are minors, parental or guardian consent may be required for registration, waivers, communications, and media usage.
